uCamps SoCal LIT - Be a part of uCamps history by attending the 1st EVER SoCal LIT program. This exciting week-long leadership training is open to students who have completed their sophomore, junior or senior year of high school. uCamps only accepts 10 participants to the program, ensuring that each is treated to a personal experience in which they make close friends, gain valuable skills, enjoy nature’s beauty, challenge themselves and grow as leaders and role models in the community and in their own lives. LITs and staff stay in a large, retreat-style home in the mountains of Crestline, near Lake Gregory, where they will spend time at the lake, ride waterslides and hike trails. The L.I.T. Program is a dynamic leadership training for students interested in bettering themselves and the world around them. Students interested in working for uCamps MUST complete the L.I.T. Program before being considered for a position. This two week training program is a ton of fun and everybody who participates learns a lot about themselves and leaves having made new friends and having created lifelong memories while at the same time gaining the skills required to be successful in college and in the workplace.
